Once your request is received, our team will carefully review the details and verify the issue. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement product or process a refund based on the nature of the problem. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your payment provider or bank, the refunded amount may take a few business days to reflect in your account. Please note that for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed products are generally not eligible for refunds or returns. We are also unable to provide refunds for products that have been damaged due to improper handling after delivery, orders placed with incorrect shipping information, or delays caused by courier partners and circumstances beyond our control. Customers who wish to cancel their order may do so before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
